Here are the softball divisions. Note that softball is reserved for girls. If you believe your player could play at a higher division than she has been offered, please indicate that in the registration process in the space provided. Assessments will be held the last weekend in January to determine whether your player can do so. Our first consideration is whether the player can compete safely at the higher level.
A Division - Coach Pitch
- Age 6 & 7. Girls age 6 should have at least one year of T-Ball experience
- 2 events per week
- Tuesday and Saturday
- Practices 1-1.5 hours until games start
- Practices times will make every effort to match the days of the week games will be scheduled. This is a goal but not a guarantee.
- Games can not play any later than 8:30pm on school nights
- Primary focus is on skill and game development with fair playing time
- Coach pitch
- 10’’ safety ball
- Pitching rubber is 35ft from home plate
- No playoffs at this level
AA Division - Coach/Player Pitch
- Age 8 & 9
- 2 events per week
- Wednesday and Saturday
- Practices 1-1.5 hours until games start
- Practices times will make every effort to match the days of the week games will be scheduled. This is a goal but not a guarantee.
- Games can not play any later than 8:30pm on school nights
- Primary focus is on skill and game development with fair playing time
- Coach / Kid pitch
- 11’’ softball
- Pitching rubber is 35ft from home plate
- No playoffs at this level
AAA Division - Player Pitch
- Age 10 & 11
- 3 events per week
- Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
- Practices 1-1.5 hours until games start
- Practices times will make every effort to match the days of the week games will be scheduled. This is a goal but not a guarantee.
- Games can not play any later than 8:30pm on school nights
- Primary focus is on skill and game development with fair playing time
- Kid Pitch
- 11’’ softball

- Playoffs will start after the regular season and the Championship will be played at the Softball Complex at UW Husky Stadium
Major Division
- Age 12
- 3 events per week
- Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday
- Practices 1-1.5 hours until games start
- Practices times will make every effort to match the days of the week games will be scheduled. This is a goal but not a guarantee.
- Games can not play any later than 8:45pm on school nights
- Primary focus is on skill and game development with fair playing time
- Kid Pitch
- 12’’ softball

- Playoffs will start after the regular season and the Championship will be played at the Softball Complex at UW Husky Stadium
Junior Division
- Age 13 & 14
- 3 events per week
- Practices 1-1.5 hours until games start
- Practices times will make every effort to match the days of the week games will be scheduled. This is a goal but not a guarantee.

- Double headers will be played during the season
- Primary focus is on skill and game development with fair playing time
- Kid Pitch
- 12’’ softball

- Playoffs will start after the regular season and the Championship will be played at the Softball Complex at UW Husky Stadium
